Volcanic Region Coffee Special?

Volcanic Red Coffees specializes in sourcing coffees from unique volcanic regions around the world. What makes these “Volcanic Regions” so special? These regions tend to have ideal growing conditions for coffee development – fertile and mineral rich soils, temperate and tropical climates, natural rainfall and high elevation. This is why our coffee is “Cultivated in the Richest Soils on Earth”™.

You might ask, “So why the name Volcanic Red?” Well, if you’ve ever been to the Hawaiian Islands you’ve experienced the amazingly fertile soils that have oxidized and turned deep reddish in color. Volcanic regions, with rich Red soil, hence – “Volcanic Red”! These same conditions appear in many of the best coffee growing regions around the world (Costa Rica, Guatemala, Hawaii, Sumatra, Java, Ethiopia, Kenya and many others).
